Delete Your Data

SeloPhoto has no user accounts and does not upload your photos, Motion Photos, or videos. Almost everything the app stores lives on your device, so you can delete it yourself at any time. The only data held off-device is the purchase record needed to unlock SeloPhoto Pro, which you can ask us to delete as described below.

1. Delete data stored on your device

Photos, Motion Photos, and videos you import, your current collage draft, app settings, and the local diagnostic log are kept only in the app’s private storage. Nothing in that set is uploaded.

  1. To clear the current collage, tap the trash button in the editor.
  2. To delete everything at once, open Android Settings → Apps → SeloPhoto → Storage and tap Clear storage, or simply uninstall SeloPhoto.
  3. Collages you saved are images in Pictures/SeloPhoto or videos in Movies/SeloPhoto. Delete them in your gallery or file manager; uninstalling the app does not remove them.

Deletion on your device is immediate. We never receive a copy of this data.

2. Request deletion of purchase data

When you buy or restore SeloPhoto Pro, Google Play and our purchase-validation provider RevenueCat process a random app user ID generated by SeloPhoto, your Google Play purchase token and order ID, the product purchased, and purchase dates. This record is not linked to your name or email address.

  1. Find your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) in the purchase receipt email from Google, or at play.google.com → Order history.
  2. Email kefu@gohealthai.com with the subject “SeloPhoto data deletion request” and include that order number.
  3. We delete the matching customer record from RevenueCat and confirm by reply within 30 days.

Deleting this record does not cancel or refund your purchase. Your lifetime unlock stays with your Google account; if you later tap Restore Purchases, a new purchase record is created so the unlock can be verified again.

3. Data that is deleted or retained

  • Deleted: everything in the app’s private storage (imported photo copies, draft, settings, diagnostic log) when you clear storage or uninstall; the RevenueCat customer record when you send a request.
  • Retained by you: collages saved to Pictures/SeloPhoto or Movies/SeloPhoto until you delete them.
  • Retained by Google: Google Play keeps its own order and payment records as the merchant of record, under the Google Privacy Policy. We cannot delete those; contact Google for requests about them.
  • Support email: if you emailed us, we delete that correspondence on request where reasonably possible, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.
