1. Who we are
SeloPhoto (“the app”) is provided by Fuzhou Taijiang Kangzhixuan Technology Co., Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company organized in Fuzhou, Fujian, People’s Republic of China.
SeloPhoto is an on-device collage and layout tool. You import photos, arrange them on a canvas, and export or share the result. Collage rendering happens on your device. The app does not create an account and does not upload your photos to our servers.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the iOS app SeloPhoto (bundle identifier com.gohealthai.seloPhoto;
Apple App Store ID 6811556061) and to this privacy page.
It does not apply to other products we operate, such as meal-planning or nutrition software on gohealthai.com, which have separate practices and documents. It also does not apply to websites, apps, or services that you reach through the system share sheet or App Store after leaving SeloPhoto.
3. Information processed on your device
Most information SeloPhoto uses never leaves your device. We process it locally so the app can work.
Photos and projects
When you pick photos, SeloPhoto copies the selected files into the app’s sandbox so a project can be edited later without keeping photo-library read access. Those copies may include metadata that was already in the original file, such as EXIF orientation and, if present, location tags. We do not read that metadata to build a profile or send it to our servers.
Export creates a new image by rendering the canvas. SeloPhoto does not copy original GPS or other source EXIF into the exported file.
Preferences stored on device
The app stores settings on your device, including:
- language preference
- appearance (light, dark, or system)
- export size, format, and file-size preferences
- saved background colors or gradients you create
- whether you have finished onboarding
Purchase entitlement is also cached on device after Apple and RevenueCat confirm a valid lifetime unlock, so the app can restore Pro features.
4. Information we do not collect
SeloPhoto does not:
- require or create a user account, email login, or profile
- upload your photos, collages, or projects to servers we operate
- sync content with iCloud or another cloud store that we control
- access your contacts, calendar, microphone, or camera
- request precise location permission
- use App Tracking Transparency, advertising identifiers, or third-party ads
- include our own analytics or crash-reporting SDK
If a future version changes this list, we will update this policy before that change takes effect.
5. Permissions
- Photo picker (import). You choose photos through the system picker. SeloPhoto does not request permission to read your entire photo library.
- Photo library add-only (export). If you save a collage to Photos, iOS asks for permission to add photos. You can refuse; you can still export by sharing to another app or saving a file through the share sheet.
- Share sheet. Sharing is initiated by you. The destination app or service has its own privacy terms.
You can change Photos access in iOS Settings. Deleting SeloPhoto removes the copies stored in the app sandbox.
6. Purchases and third parties
SeloPhoto offers a one-time In-App Purchase that unlocks Pro layouts, custom backgrounds, and custom export size or file-size options. Payments are processed by Apple, not by us. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
To confirm and restore that lifetime unlock, the app uses Apple’s StoreKit APIs and RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process information needed to validate purchases, such as:
- an anonymous app user identifier
- purchase and entitlement status, product identifiers, and receipt validation data
- app version, OS version, and device or locale information used for store configuration
Apple and RevenueCat act as independent controllers or processors of that purchase data under their own policies:
We use this information only to deliver, restore, and support the purchase you made. We do not use it to advertise to you.
8. Retention and deletion
- On-device photos, projects, and settings stay on your device until you delete them in the app or delete SeloPhoto. Uninstalling the app deletes the sandbox copies.
- Purchase records are retained by Apple (and by RevenueCat as needed to restore entitlements) according to their policies and applicable law. We do not operate a separate customer database of your collages.
9. Security
Photos and projects are stored in the iOS app sandbox. Network use is limited to App Store / RevenueCat purchase traffic and to opening this policy or the Terms of Use in a browser when you tap those links.
No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. You remain responsible for physical access to your device and for any destination you choose in the share sheet.
10. Children
SeloPhoto is a general-audience collage tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us (for example, by emailing support), contact kefu@gohealthai.com and we will delete it from our support inbox where reasonably possible.
Parents and guardians should supervise any use of the photo library and sharing features.
11. International processing
We are based in the People’s Republic of China. Your photos stay on your device unless you export or share them.
Purchase-related data may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat on servers outside your country, including in the United States or other locations they use to run their services. Those transfers are governed by Apple’s and RevenueCat’s terms and privacy policies.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information, or to object to certain processing.
- Delete on-device photos, projects, and settings by removing them in the app or by deleting SeloPhoto.
- Manage Photos permission in iOS Settings.
- Manage or request a refund for an App Store purchase through your Apple ID. We cannot process card refunds ourselves.
- Email kefu@gohealthai.com for access or deletion requests that concern information we hold (such as a support email you sent us).
We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law. We may need enough detail to locate the relevant messages. We cannot remotely wipe photos that exist only on your device.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when the app’s behavior, third-party processors, or the law changes. The “Effective date” at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. If a change is material, we will take reasonable additional steps to notify you, such as an in-app note or an updated App Store listing.
14. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring it before a court of competent jurisdiction in Fuzhou, Fujian, China.
Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you in your place of residence, or Apple’s role in billing and refunds for App Store purchases.
